On March 27, the UPS employee again contacted the Bremerton officer about another package that the man attempted to send, and inside a creatine container, a baggie filled with an "unknown powder substance" was found, according to court documents. Inside a cigarette package, more blue pills that appeared to be consistent with the previous ones were found, the officer reported. AROUND fifteen police officers and a bomb disposal unit have swooped into Kidderminster town centre after a suspicious package was found. Suspicious packages can be found with a variety of different substances that can be a potential threat to public health and to the environment. On March 17, the officer was again contacted about another package the man attempted to send to the same person at the same Lake Havasu City address. More suspected blue fentanyl pills were found inside a prescription bottle, the officer reported. He again returned about an hour later with another package to be sent, which UPS employees again opened. The man made a comment about "not wanting to lose (the intended recipient) as a customer before leaving in a hurry," according to court documents. On March 9, the UPS employee again contacted the Bremerton officer to report that the Belfair man returned and questioned why his previous package had not been delivered as scheduled. The outcome of that investigation was not known, the officer wrote. In his report, the officer noted a previous open investigation into the Belfair man for suspected delivery of heroin and meth. The next day, a Bremerton police officer spoke to the UPS employee at the Werner Road location, and the employee provided information about previous shipments the Belfair man sent to the same person on five occasions in December, January and February. Police were contacted by a UPS employee on March 6 about a suspicious package that the man attempted to ship to a person in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and in that package, police found 250 suspected blue fentanyl pills inside a Hydroxycut weight loss bottle, according to court documents. The man pleaded not guilty to the charges, and his bail was set at $100,000. Prosecutors charged the man with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or distribute in Kitsap County Superior Court on Monday. Then I kept opening and I realized as soon as I saw the Walmart bag, I said, oh, this is not right. “The other red flag was that the package was not new, it was from Colorado. That’s when Valdivia said he became suspicious because he wasn't expecting a package. After he realized it wasn’t his package he said, 'Dad here’s a package.' I was like, what’s going on?" “My son came when the UPS guy came and brought the package in and then he started opening the package. A father in South Tampa, Fernando Valdivia, is shaken up after he told ABC Action News that 27 grams of meth were delivered to his doorstep on Wednesday.
